Due to a large-scale wildfire in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles, our Los Angeles Edge Data Center is in a service degradation mode, which will potentially affect direct access traffic from mainland China, and we will continue to monitor and redirect direct connection traffic from mainland China to other data centers as necessary. This service degradation will not affect the security of your data on RubberX, nor will it affect the customer experience for users other than those directly connecting to RubberX from mainland China. In the meantime, we will update this notice as necessary.
We wish the people of Pacific Palisades well, and if you are in the Los Angeles area, please ensure your safety and evacuate the area on time.
